Prof. Dr. Nicole Conrad, LL.M.

Nicole Conrad worked primarily in family and business law from the start of her professional career as an attorney. The combination of these two areas of law make her a recognised expert in consulting on complex family and inheritance law matters for a clientele working in business, as well as in national and international respects. She provides consulting services for Swiss and foreign private clients, management personnel and companies dealing with complex inheritance, succession and estate planning matters as well as with respect to relocation in Switzerland, marriage contracts, wills and international estate management. Moreover, she has comprehensive experience as a litigator, including arbitration law.
Another main area of Nicole Conrad’s expertise mediation and conflict management consulting. Her many years of experience in dealing with a demanding clientele as well as regular continuing education have given her the necessary alertness and sensitivity and tools of the trade she needs in order to bring conflicts that at first blush seem insoluble to a mutually satisfactory resolution. She shares her extensive knowledge as a Professor for Business Law at the Zurich College of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) as well as an instructor at various institutions of higher education in Switzerland and abroad.
